Additional Out-of-Pocket Costs May Include:

Some records and resources may incur fees charged by government departments, archives, historical societies or other record providers. Where required, these costs are additional to the research fee and will be discussed with you before any purchase is made.

Additional costs may include, but are not limited to:

​

• Birth, Death & Marriage Certificates ~ official certificates or certified copies where available

• Census Records ~ fees for accessing or obtaining copies of records where applicable

• Immigration & Passenger Records ~ fees for accessing certain records or obtaining copies

• Probate & Will Records ~ copies of wills, probate documents or estate records

• Military Records ~ copies of service records or other restricted military documents

• Archive & Repository Fees ~ charges for accessing records held by archives, libraries or historical societies

• Newspaper & Historical Records ~ paid access or copies of articles and historical documents

• Land & Property Records ~ title searches, deeds or other property documentation where fees apply

• DNA Testing or Related Services ~ if specifically requested as part of a research project

• Postage & Delivery ~ where physical documents or certificates need to be mailed
